Teriyaki Experience orders up consumer insights from Study Hall

Teriyaki Experience, the 142-unit Asian-inspired quick service restaurant chain has retained Study Hall to provide primary market research and field-based customer insights from current and lapsed users. Working with the Teriyaki Experience team, Study Hall will be conducting traditional qualitative research, but also engaging with current and lapsed users for evaluation and assessment of the in-store customer experience. The company considered potential research partners in Canada and the US before selecting Study Hall.
