Q2 ends with 3 new client engagements; Study Hall posts midyear revenues ahead of projections

Study Hall Research has ended the month of June on a high note, with the addition of three new client engagements during the month and revenues 11.9% ahead of projections for the calendar year. Interestingly, the consultancy has launched primary market research during June for three ‘confidential’ clients. All are new product exploratory or pre-product launch research initiatives. And while the clients require confidentiality, these three engagements do mark a continuation of Study Hall’s strong work in the healthcare and managed care sectors, as well as a new packaged goods engagement in the personal care category. Together, these June engagements have pushed Study Hall’s half-year revenue well ahead of projections for the period ending 30 June 2011. Commenting on this business, Rodney Kayton (Managing Partner – Study Hall) said ‘This has been an intriguing month for us. We have continued to conduct business for several ‘public’ clients, but added three diverse and interesting research initiatives all from clients whose business and research plans require anonymity for the time being!’ Kayton added ‘We are pleased to continue our work in healthcare and category-related research, but also to move into a new packaged goods area in the personal care category. This increased business has helped us end June and the first half of the year with our corporate revenues more than 11% above our goals and projections. In this economy, that is further evidence of the value which we provide our clients.’
