2012 starts with growth: Grow Financial Federal Credit Union retains Study Hall for brand evolution research

Tampa, FL based Grow Financial Federal Credit Union (‘Grow Financial’) and its marketing communications agency of record, Rumbo Cultural Marketing, have retained Study Hall to conduct a multi-audience brand research initiative with both members and associates during January 2012.  The research will examine the new Grow Financial brand and campaign, and will involve primary market research conducted with both members and company associates.

Commenting on this upcoming research, Rob Iles (Partner – Managing Director, Study Hall) said ‘We are exceptionally pleased to start 2012 with this multi-layered assignment from one of the most important financial institutions in this market. Since its inception as MacDill Federal Credit Union and continuing through to its present status as Grow Financial, this client has embraced the importance of brand evolution and the critical role that consumer research plays in that evolution.’ Iles added ‘We look forward to examining brand issues from both the member and associate sides, to help Grow ensure clarity and consistency of brand messaging to all target consumers. Our significant experience in brand and strategic evaluation research for financial institutions and other categories allows us to quickly implement a disciplined and broad-reaching research design for the Grow team. We are excited about this new relationship!’
