Iles and Kayton presented a lecture and interactive group learning session on ‘Effective use of research & insights gathering for the A/E/C industry: Thought starters, applied exercises and counsel.’ The presentation was designed to enhance SMPS members’ understanding of various marketing research disciplines and techniques and how to apply them to challenges in the architecture, engineering and construction sectors.
