Warren, Michigan-based Big Boy Restaurants International has chosen Study Hall to conduct primary customer research and provide strategic counsel and recommendations in the areas of customer loyalty and retention. As a part of this partnership, Study Hall will engage with key Big Boy user segments to evaluate the Big Boy brand experience, but also competing brand experiences as well.
