Front Burner Brands again taps Study Hall; consultancy to execute menu re-engineering study

Front Burner Brands, parent company of The Melting Pot fondue restaurant chain, has continued its relationship with Study Hall by awarding the firm a contract for quantitative menu re-engineering research. Study Hall will oversee the comprehensive multi-market custom quantitative and data-analysis research initiative, designed to optimize Melting Pot’s menu offerings and update the menu to bring it more in line with the evolving Melting Pot brand.

 

The Melting Pot operates 142 upscale restaurants across North America and internationally, offering a wide variety of fondue-based selections served in both prix fixe and a la carte combinations.
