Study Hall Research has been retained by London-based Merlin Entertainment Group and London Focus to provide in-park quantitative research at LEGOLAND® Florida. This client engagement marks a continuation of Study Hall’s extensive work in the area of travel & leisure research.
For all of 2012, Study Hall Research will conduct onsite quantitative research with guests for the purpose of evaluating guest satisfaction relating to the park’s foodservice and dining offerings. The custom quantitative study will include a unique online data collection platform developed expressly for this research, and will provide an opportunity for multidisciplinary and multinational teams to engage with data in real time and on an ongoing and team basis.
Commenting on this latest client assignment, Rodney Kayton (Managing Partner, Study Hall) said ‘This is a perfect way to end an already very busy April. During the first part of 2012, Study Hall has added a considerable number of new clients from well-outside Florida. The addition of an international client underscores two things: first, we are committed to offering the highest quality research product to clients anywhere; and second, companies everywhere are increasingly tuning in to how we work.’ Kayton added ‘Our work in the travel & leisure sector gave us a very strong platform when Merlin Entertainment Group and London Focus contacted us: clearly we ‘get’ the travel & leisure business and clearly we know how to execute guest satisfaction research. We were able to quickly respond with an effective and innovative research design that can be quickly implemented. Merlin Entertainment Group is a significant global player in the theme park sector, and we are thrilled to be working with them and with their London Focus partner.’
